Dark Mode Token Synchronization Audit
Reviewed the four-block CSS custom property architecture for light/dark mode parity. Identified three drifted tokens in the manual toggle class and corrected the sync guard test to catch future regressions.

Permission Queue Floating UI & Animation Strategy
Designed the floating permission request queue with slide-in/slide-out animations. Debated between stacked cards versus a single-focus modal. Chose stacked queue with pulse-border animations indicating urgency level.

Sidebar Navigation Refactor — Epic 5 Plan 1B
Restructured the sidebar from feature-based navigation to conversation-first design. Removed GTD terminology in favor of Inbox, Projects, and Recent sections. Finalized 36px nav item height as the desktop standard.

Activity Stream V3 — Claude Code Aesthetic
Migrated from verbose activity cards to a compact, Claude Code-inspired stream. Introduced gold shimmer text for active states, thinking blocks with gradient left borders, and streaming cursor animation for real-time output.
